Emergencies include threats to property or health that require immediate attention, such as significant water leaks, or failure of air conditioning or heating systems in times of extreme temperatures. For all other warranty requests please fill out the online form in the LGI Homes Customer Service Request Center and an LGI Homes team member will contact you to gather information in order to schedule an appointment for an appropriate future date. If you have an outstanding claim or an upcoming appointment prior to May 30th, you will be contacted soon to reschedule to a later date. Any delay in inspection or completion of warranty items resulting from these restrictions will not impact your warranty coverage. Type in the Address # and the first name of the street that you live on for your user name. Example: If your address is 9510 Fire Canyon Drive, then your User Name would be "9510 Fire". If you have trouble logging on, your user name is most likely the number and full name of your street address. Example: If your address is 9510 Fire Canyon Drive, your username would be "9510 Fire Canyon". Your initial password is "1234".
